I've just had one today. It was an extremely sensitive tooth. I had about 5 shots of normal anaesthetic and then an adrenaline injection direct in the nerve because the drilling hurt like hell in the beginning so I jumped in the seat a couple of time:) She wanted to stop the whole process but persevered. The work with needles was painless and enjoyable. After all, my dentist is a gorgeous and utterly charming woman that I actually joked and laughed even when experiencing excruciating pain.

Thanks for the feedback. Please keep in mind that you are only looking at 10 minutes of a 40 minute procedure. I couldn't show everything in this format. Remember that the apex locator is proven to be more accurate than what you think you are seeing on the intra-op radiograph.

there is something wrong ... the last x-ray must be taken after the insertion of the gutta bercha done and before the fuji 9 was placed .... but its really amazing work...this is a dentist review ;)
