Bill Cosby is right. Parents and people in generel (NO MATTER WHAT RACE YOU ARE) need to take responsibility and hold themselves accountable. Everybody needs to do this. I've been reading some of these comments and a lot of them are pretty lame blaming other people for their own problems this and that. Get over it, stop feeling sorry for yourself and make a change in your life. Some people do need to work harder for it than others and that sucks, but we all have the resources. ITS UP TO YOU!

Mr. Rogers once said "last night, did you talk with the people you love about the things you wonder about?"I had students who said they NEVER spoke to their parents about their concerns, and the parents had no idea of their kids' hobbies, interests, etc.I was subpoenaed in my worst students' parents divorce case. I testified that I'd never met the father and had no number to contact him with. The father admitted that he didn't know his son's teachers names, nor the name of his son's DOCTOR!
