Not to argue, but all three actually were pretty much on pitch. Their harmonies are just so dissonant and Legend has such a deeper, overpowering tone to his voice, that the chords appear to be out of tone, when in reality they're just more complex and harder for the brain to recognize as harmonious intervals.
