Eh? Mika keeps getting held up behind Michael, which loses his momentum and lets Michael pull away again.At 1:21 the McLaren clearly starts to catch the Ferrari. Then again on the way up the hill Mika closes on him and eventually picks up his slipstream and passes.

How does the McLaren look faster down the straights if michael is pulling away dramatically from mika?

The McLaren looks a lot faster down the straights than the Ferrari.

yeah they were having problems with the rear tires , but michael was on slicks .

Agreed, the Ferrari had issues with the rear tyres and therefore was not as quick through eurouge as the McLaren. |
