education is important, but in reality education only produces consumerseven so education is impossable while your hungry or being shot at, or sick ,or cant study at night [no light, or need to walk 2 hours to school [with all the safty issues getting there]people need safty ,[personal security]local nutricious food productionhealthy water , healthy soil , and aira safe [healthy] place to sleep as well as learn ways to better survive govt or civil percicutions
