Thanks! I would definitly say go for BarryM cosmetics. You can buy their cosmetics from their site and they ship international. It isn't expensive one eyeshadow (Dazzle Dust) costs about 5 pounds and the range of colours and qulity (can't spell I hope you understand) is amazing. And for the colours I would say if you'r a beginer go for neutrals and they have loads of them. If you need some more help write me on messege cuz it's hard to write a lot in this samll window.
