Regarding fouls:Beau does not violate the Principle of Verticality as described in XVI H3B3 because the defender is not jumping into the position immediately above him, they are running so, so they are both jumping towards a previously unoccupied position and vying for the same spot so any incidental contact as a result of that is not a foul as stated in XVI H2. Since Beau barely touched the poor fucker you could barely say it was non-incidental contact. However, the travel is a clear violation
