james irvin is an ok fighter unfortunately he is a small fish in a big pond that is the lightheavyweight division.he would probably have more success in another promotion or even another division albeit not quite sure which one but hey i do like his knockouts though they have been highlight reels fr sure...

i think he just made a mistake with Anderson Silva by looking for a quick KO. thats not going to work with someone like Silva. i hope James Irvin keeps fighting i mean he lost to ANDERSON SILVA!! big deal. at least he didnt get beat by Seth "not good enough for the UFC" Petruzelli.
