Without a doubt, he knew you loved him, he was your Dad he knew it. I felt the same as you, until I came to understand that. That's the great thing about families, it's unconditional, arguments and all, doesn't change that fact, that's why they're so special and sometimes why we argue because we love without condition. What would he say right now, he'd forgive you for everything and say it's ok. Our parents want us to be happy, you honor him by forgiving yourself which he would want, no doubt.

omg, this is so touching, dads love you no matter what you have been through, no matter how many arguements you have, its nature, you're his son/daughter and nothing will ever change that
