well the mullet is gone today, but he's still as sexy as ever! dolly is america's sweetheart, and i ADMIRE the way she stood up for billy ray when he was having problems getting his music promoted. you'll hear her say in the end of the video that she paid for it. politics won and billy ray didn't get the credit he deserved. then there was "doc", "hannah montana", "dancing with the stars", "nashville star" host, and now a NEW cd and videos and a movie "flying by" in 2009! billy ray is back!!
