This is the 7" version released right before the LP. The LP cut was the "slowed down" version or actually the original. This, like any single, is usually intended for radio &/or club play. Another version with added percussion & a more "disco" feel was released after the LP was released supporting "Nothing." It was called "Strangelove '88."

Isn't this one the original version? This one was released on "Music for the Masses" and the slower version wasn't released until 1988.... |
