Using http://youtube.com/watch?v=67c... for reference (sorry for poor quality!), compare terminals and other landmarks to see how quick the acceleration and how steep the takeoff were. Even with the displaced threshold, rotating at the piano keys is rare! United 757 to Denver.

Nothing's like a 757 takeoff. Back in August flew in a fully loaded DL 757 and the plane took off like it was nothing. Most overpowered plane ever. Too bad it ended production because used 757s are in high demand now for trans-atlantic routes.
