It is about 12 minutes in total. There are 4 parts of it and each part can be practiced individually. Part I and II are for relaxation and Part II and IV are more self-defense. It is a new approach started in 1989 and published his book "Compact Tai Chi" in 2000. Jesse Tsao is the author.
