Sounds like a skeleton playing the hambone backed up by parrots playing rubber bands stretched across cigar boxes in an empty swimming pool while superballs are synchronously fired at them. Yes, I think it's great!!!! :-)

You may want a second oscillator. The M15 sounds best FMed. Also, if you like the plucky woody sound, that's mostly due to the M13's slow lowpass gate. I have another video that briefly shows what the gate does to a signal. The M12 is great, some of the resonance in this patch is the M12. I love the waveshaper in the M25, I'm not quite sure what it does, but it sounds like the signal is getting rectified. But the M13 is one of the must have PlanB modules.

HI Richard I'm also putting my first modular together over the next couple of months....I was wondering if you could offer any advice!?! Or why you chose doephet kit 1 powersupplyand midi contriller and then plan b modules!?

Hi,That is really impressive stuff. I am putting together my first modular. Just waiting for a Doepfer kit 1 powersupply and a A-190 midi controller. I purchased a custom l-shaped cabinet.I am learning before I buy a few modules but what Plan b modules would you suggest to get started I am thinking M9, M15, M10, M12 and M25. Do you think that would be a good place to start on a budget. Anything else I need?Cheers,R

Love that woody, plucky vactrol sound!

I just remembered the biggest tip I got out of my visit with Peter. Using the pulse out of oscillator 1 into the FM of oscillator 2 (FM synthesis) makes the waveform sound super bassy and fat. I'll do a quick video today to show that. Keep an eye out for it later.

You should give Noisebug an e-mail to see if they can ship to Europe, I know they have a lot of modules in stock right now with more made every day on site. The PlanB factory is upstairs.

I've love to get some Plan B modules myself, but am based in Europe and nobody (including Schneiders Buero!) appears to stock his stuff here.
