Well the difference is that china and russia are not controlled by Federal Reserve which is unification of several small jewish owned banks..this federal reserve is owned privately by a few jews and thats how they control other aspects of America and its foreign policy..They have control over america's funds since 1913..they have monopoly over publishing currency of america and whoever tries to change this system pays a heavy price..just like President Kennedy and also Lincoln..

Yup thats for sure..Thats why China and Russia are not too bothered about Iran getting nukes..Infact, China was the one who provided nukes to Pakistan and France was trying to do it for Iraq..US gave them to Israel and India..
