Hi, I did watch it, and it did. I'm sure the gas was put on full, so any near hit by it would have lit it.

Actually a "Guàrdia Urbana" agent (Barcelona's local police) picked the arrow when it hit the ground behind the stadium. Now that arrow is exposed at the Olympic and Sports Museum near the stadium.
