ok you spent a hell of a lot more time on the clinique and I use the nutrogena to wipe my wedding makeup off!and all of it was waterproof so your wrong it does remove waterproof idiot.

For removal of waterproof mascara, I've been using Shu Uemura High Performance Cleansing Oil. It's a bit pricey, but it does two things, remove waterproof mascara and cleans your face. Don't be fooled by the oil content; I have a very oily t-zone and cheek area, but I've found that after using the cleansing oil, I have been less oily during the day. A 5 oz bottle costs $28 @ Nordstrom or the actual Shu Uemura store and lasts about 5-6 months. It's one of my gotta-splurge on skin care items.

maybe for you not, but fragrance products always sting the eyes. and baby lotion always stings the eyes and i have on 5 coats of mascara

i use this it takes off my no7 waterproof mascara and it does not sting the eye like crazy because you close you eye then wipe it over

not for waterproof mascara and it stings the eye like crazy if people want to be cheap just use mineral/olive/vegetable oil

the neutrogena one does remove waterproof mascara, i use that on my clients working as a makeup artist and the proof is in the ingredients its silicone based

Clinique's is really good but a bit too oily and a bit too expensive. I like the Sephora eye-makeup remover. Its pretty gentle and it removes my covergirl volume exact waterproof mascara right off. ^^
