Awesome vid!!!!! I'm 19 now, but I remember when my uncle put the reruns on TV Land on 10 years ago. Loved it then, still love it now. I've looked into different professions, but next week I'm going to talk to an advisor at the university to look into the emergency medicine program. I want to go into health care, but I'm not sure what part, so maybe being a paramedic is that part of the health care field I want to do. Looking forward to January 20, 2009 when season 5 comes out on DVD.

The only people I can find are Robert Fuller, Kevin Tighe, Randolph Mantooth, and Mike Stoker still alive. Stoker retired from LAcFD as a Captain. His station was ST106 out of Rolling Hills. That was the station originally planned for Station 51.

Thank you for posting this. I was 13 when this program was aired. I was glued to the T.V., every Saturday, Ch 4, 8:00 pm. While watching this series, I decided I was going to move to L.A. from N.Y. to become a paramedic. I did so @ 18. I didn't become a Paramedic, but I did become a trauma EMT in a trauma center. I love my job!
