Its exactly the same joke except mencia actually ruins the punch line with overacting, so he didn't even deliver it better then Cosby. There is just too much evidence against Mencia, he's a scumbag

I'll have to admit Cosby's Joke was extremely Similar to Mencia's but they weren't word for word. But what is really the difference between this and something such as a College student taking a Paper off of the Internet and slapping his name on it, but changes the words only slightly so they are not the same Paper.(IT'S the same THING) but I haven't heard anything of cases such as that. I tend to think people only go after this guy for "Stealing" jokes because he's got so much success.
