I know where Edmonton is, thus I will restate. Not all of Canada knows french and so thats why in this video they aren't singing the other half in french! It's in the West!

They tend to ignore it in the english (Western side of Canada) vs Ontario, Montreal and the Maritimes. It's still there, but not all of Canada know's french.
