Isn't that the director or costume managers job to come up with the costume? Well, I don't know exactly what you should wear. I recommend doing research on the character and see if you can find what other actors who played Gaston wore, and do research on the time period in France and see what men generally wore at the time. As for where to find costume pieces, your theater should have some stuff, but if they don't I would look at places like Good Will or Savers. Clothes may need to be modified
