I came past that scene on the same side as the video like 10-20 seconds after it happened kinda crazy.My dads a truck driver an he says if he had type 1 diabeties he shouldent have been driving.but it turns out his blood sugar levels were in accepable levels it was his blood presure that was a little low so kinda fainted. the witnesses said they saw him "slumped over the steering wheel."at least it was only one fatality if you wish to look at it that way could have been much worse.
